   (도매가는 얼마나 합니까? 소매가 : retail price)
4. Does the price include sales tax?
   (소비세는 얼마나 합니까?)

• 가격에 관하여 설명할 때

1. This price is competitive in the market.
   (이 가격은 시장에서 경쟁력이 있습니다.)
2. Our price has remained constant.
   (우리가격은 변한게 없습니다.)
3. Your price is high compared with those quoted by others.
   (귀사의 가겨은 다른회사와 비교하여 가격이 높습니다.)
4. We're going to revise the price soon.
   (곧 가격을 바꿀 예정입니다.)
5. We lowered the price.(가격을 인하했습니다.)
6. We reduce the price.(     "     )
7. We come down the price.(     "     )
8. We're thinking of a 10% price increase.
   (가격이 10%인상될 것 같습니다.) decrease : 내리다.

• 가격할인을 부탁할 때

1. Could you give us a discount?(깎아 주겠습니까?)
2. Would you offer your best price?
   (최상의 가격을 제공해 주시겠습니까?)
3. Can we get a discount on the old model?
   (오래된 모델에 대해 할인을 해 줄수 있겠습니까?)
4. Could you please reduce your price by 3%?
   (귀사의 가격을 3%정도 깎아 줄수 있겠습니까?)
5. Would you review your price again?
   (가격을 다시 검토해 주시겠습니까?)

         

• 가격할인을 거절할 때

1. This is our best price.(이건 당사의 최저가입니다.)
   또는 This is our rock bottom price.
   (rock bottom = 직역하면 굳은 바닥이라는 의미)
2. We cannot reduce our price any more.
   (더이상 당사의 가격을 내릴 수 없습니다.)
3. A 30% discount is out of question.
   (30%의 할인은 예상밖입니다.)
4. Our profit would be squeezed by that price.
   (그가격은 당사의 이익을 쓸어버릴 것입니다.)
5. We may offer you a quantity discount.
   (수량할인은 가능할 수 있겠습니다.)
6. If you buy 100 units, I could consider a better discount.
   (귀사가 100 유닛을 구입하신다면, 좀더 할인을 재고해보겠습니다.)
7. That's a little steep.(좀 힘들겠습니다.)
